Yes. Peak PPF is compatible with ceramic coatings, polishes, waxes, and quick detailers. Use products labeled safe for paint protection film, and matte-safe products on Frozen finishes.

Peak Clarity is a 7.5 mil self-healing windshield protection film applied to the outside of the glass. It absorbs rock chips and road debris before they reach the windshield, while staying optically clear. See the product.

It absorbs the impact of most chips and small debris. No film stops every hit; a direct strike from a large rock can still crack glass. The film is a sacrificial layer and is far cheaper to replace than the windshield.

No. Peak Clarity has over 90% light transmission and under 1% haze, and is ADAS compatible.

No. Peak PPF is a wet-install film sold to and installed by trained shops, and the warranty requires installation by an approved installer.

A full color change takes 2 to 5 shop days, depending on the vehicle and how many panels need to be removed. Your installer will give you a timeline.

Color PPF is designed for factory paint in good condition. Repainted, chipped, or failing paint can lift when film is removed. Your installer will inspect the vehicle and advise you before starting.

No. Peak PPF is installed on clean, prepped paint, so existing film has to be removed first.

Your installer may remove emblems, handles, and trim to wrap the edges, or work around them. Ask how they plan to handle your vehicle before the install.

Rules vary by state and country. Checking with your local motor vehicle agency and your insurer is the vehicle owner's responsibility.

Wait about 7 days so the adhesive can cure. Small bubbles or haze are normal during that time and settle on their own. Don't press on them or pick at the edges.
